of the great outdoors? Well here it is! Our all new SUP Fitness Classes
takes personal training techniques onto Stand Up Paddle Boards for a
fitness program that is great fun and seriously effective.
Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
We have two SUNSET YOGA sessions a week available at The SHACs SUP Lagoon at Buckland Park Lake Near Reigate.
Tuesday from 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Friday 7.30 - 8.30pm
Both SUP Yoga & SUP Fitness
classes are designed with progressive exercises making them suitable for
all abilities from newbies through to the highly toned athlete! Some
SUP ability is required to participate in these classes. We highly
recommend taking the SUP Taster prior to booking a yoga or Fitness
session.
