 Scott "Skip" Innes:
Founder and Adventure Leader.
 Experience - Level 3 forest school practitioner (Surrey Wildlife Trust Trainee) , First Aid in the Outdoors and first response qualified,  CRB Cleared, B1KE qualified MTB skills instructor, Scout troop leader Shere and Peaselake , RYCA powerboat level 1&2 qualified.
Scott also runs an activity holiday company helping clients experience skiing, mountain biking and exploring in the Pirin Mountain range in Bulgaria.


Julie Willard - Innes
Founder and Adventure Coordinator

Julie Willard BA (Hons) - Founder and Adventure Coordinator - Outdoor cooking and woodland food adviser, course and client liaison coordinator, trail running and local environment expert, CRB Cleared.

Julie is the brains behind the business and runs the day to day management of the company whilst also running her own business and being a fantastic mother. If you need to get something done, ask a busy person!

Kirsty Porter:
Senior Adventure development Adviser and Adventure Leader
Experience - Level 2 forest School Practitioner (Surrey Wildlife Trust Trainee) BSC (Hons II) Geography/PGCE Science 7-11/Emergency first aid in the outdoors/Orienteering Leader qualified/Primary school supply teacher/Child protection course SCC. - currently also planning and delivering the learning outdoors courses for the Surrey Wildlife Trust at Nower Wood Educational reserve.
CRB cleared.

Matthew "Woody" Quorroll:

Adventure Assistant.

Woody is the latest addition to the team, a local man born and breed, reared in the outdoors at Sayers Croft in Cranleigh, Woody has embarked on a career in the woods and has chosen to start his journey with The SHAC.

Josh Battenberg
Adventure Assistant

Josh is another local lad that has grown up in the Surrey Hills and helps The SHAC with our holiday woodland adventures.
Currently studying for his A-Levels Josh is a great addition to the team and is very much loved by everyone that joins us in the woods.

Ronnie Innes:
Junior Adventure Development Advisor.

Ronnie has helped us develop our junior courses by experiencing them and giving us honest feedback from a young persons perspective.

Ronnie and his sister Betty are the inspiration that drives us.







Betty Innes:
Junior Adventure Development Advisor.

Our little go getter! Betty throw's herself into any adventure we come up with 100%, she is our test pilot and is always keen to try new things out in the woods.
