 Experience - BSUPA Level 3 SUP Instructor and coach,  ASA Open Water Swimming Coach, RLSS Open Water Lifeguard, Level 3 forest school practitioner (Surrey Wildlife Trust Trainee) , First Aid in the Outdoors and first response qualified,  CRB Cleared, qualified MTB skills instructor and trail guide, Scout troop leader Shere and Peaselake , RYCA powerboat level 1&2 qualified.


Julie Willard - Innes
Founder and Adventure Coordinator

Julie Willard BA (Hons) - Founder and Adventure Coordinator - Outdoor cooking and woodland food adviser, course and client liaison coordinator, trail running and local environment expert, CRB Cleared.

Julie is the brains behind the business and runs the day to day management of the company whilst also running her own business and being a fantastic mother. If you need to get something done, ask a busy person!


Kirsty Porter:
Senior Adventure development Adviser and Adventure Leader
Experience - Level 2 forest School Practitioner (Surrey Wildlife Trust Trainee) BSC (Hons II) Geography/PGCE Science 7-11/Emergency first aid in the outdoors/Orienteering Leader qualified/Primary school supply teacher/Child protection course SCC. - currently also planning and delivering the learning outdoors courses for the Surrey Wildlife Trust at Nower Wood Educational reserve.
CRB cleared.
Mother of 3 lively boys, another busy lady.

Adventure Leader

Coming with years of experience in the outdoor adventure and education sector, Richard has joined Team SHAC to run our woodland adventure activities.

Ronnie Innes:
Junior Adventure Development Advisor.

Ronnie has helped us develop our junior courses by experiencing them and giving us honest feedback from a young persons perspective.

Ronnie and his sister Betty are the inspiration that drive us.


Betty Innes:
Junior Adventure Development Advisor.

Our little go getter! Betty throw's herself into any adventure we come up with 100%, she is our test pilot and is always keen to try new things out in the woods.
