Our all new SUP Fitness Classes takes personal training techniques onto Stand Up Paddle Boards for a fitness program that is great fun and seriously effective.
Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
Come enjoy the ancient practice of Yoga combined with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water! Yoga practice brings balance and restores all bodily systems by creating physical, mental and spiritual harmony. Both yoga and stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and body strength! Combining the two achieves simply amazing results.
We have two SUNSET YOGA sessions a week available at The SHACs SUP Lagoon at Buckland Park Lake Near Reigate.
Tuesday from 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Friday 7.30 - 8.30pm
Both SUP Yoga & SUP Fitness classes are designed with progressive exercises making them suitable for all abilities from newbies through to the highly toned athlete! Some SUP ability is required to participate in these classes. We highly recommend taking the SUP Taster prior to booking a yoga or Fitness session.
About your instructor - Sasha: Passionate about being outdoors in a natural environment and about keeping fit and healthy. A keen marathon runner and #supbikerun triathlete. Sasha is qualified and experienced as: a Level 3 Personal Trainer; BSUPA SUP Instructor; ashtanga and vinyasa flow yoga and Pilates (Stott matwork) teacher. Sasha combines her skills and experience to help you achieve your own personal goals in a supportive and nurturing manner.
